Call for Articles

For January, we are hoping to get at least two of the editorial board members to submit article
for this issue. We realize that this might be a bit short notice, but hope that with enough
members, this might work for a few. In particular, opinions on the role of Medical Ethics and
the Internet, would go along with other planned topics, or other innovative Internet uses in
Medicine, Internet uses in a particular country. It would also be helpful, if one of our
International Editors could write about the state of the Internet in their country.
If you are able to write and article for the January or February issue, check the Guidelines for
Authors http://www.amip.org/catalyst/cymedguide.htm#Guidelines and let us know
editor@amip.org.

Thank You for Helping Spread the Word

A Special Thanks to all who have passed on the word to colleagues, other websites and
organizations about the Alliance of Medical Internet Professionals. Each connection made is an
important contribution to reaching the goal of "Connecting the Medical Internet Community One
Modem at a Time."

Our goal is to get the CyberMed CatalystSM published on or near the first of each month.
This issue was delayed awaiting word that the Docs4docs http://www.docs4docs.com.au site
was up and running, an unexpected problem with our Service Provider for the website, and the
high volume of applications for AMIP needing to be processed. We hope that next month's
issue will be published closer to the 1st, keeping our fingers crossed about our Y2K computer
compliance.
